Subject: Reminder to Proponents and Independent Evaluation Groups for IMT-2020 Workshop

Dear All,

the WP 5D focus meeting on Evaluation of IMT-2020 and its associated Workshop is approaching, please take note of the following deadlines:

Deadline to apply for a speaking slot November 15 (strict)

Deadline for sending in presentation material: by November 25 (preferable) but mandatory by December 3 (strict)

Deadline for IEG interim report December 3 (strict)

I wish to take this opportunity to inform you that:

we have received presentation requests from some Proponents – 3GPP, DECT. Other Proponents that wants a speaking slot to present development of technology onwards are welcome
there has been a request from two IEGs with questions and ask if there are other interests for presentation of interim results on the evaluation
the presentation material has to be sent to Moderator (Yoshio Honda - yoshio.honda@ericsson.com) and to Ms Fabienne Huguet (Fabienne.Huguet@itu.int)
the requested deadline for the interim reports from all the 13 IEGs is the ordinary deadline for contributions to the WP5D is the December 3 at 1600 UTC (strict)
that further information about participation in the workshop and the WP5D meeting can be found here
In Session 2 of the workshop, each IEG can present their evaluation plan, high-level summary of (interim/final) evaluation report, and others.
In session 3 of the workshop, each IEG can present their (interim/final) evaluation report in detail. The evaluation report is in the form of a contribution to WP 5D and will need to observe the applicable deadlines.
